Our secure payment
DP2C Distribution / Distrimodel provides several payment systems for purchases made on its online store.
You can choose the payment method of your choice:
- by credit card.
- by crossed bank check drawn on a bank domiciled in mainland France (Corsica included) or the French Overseas Territories.
- by transfer.
- by international transfer: Bank charges linked to currency conversion or transfer cannot be borne by the seller.
Some payment methods may not be available depending on the nature of the order, order amount and/or shipping and/or billing destination.
DP2C Distribution SAS / DistriModel reserves the right to ask the customer again for proof of their address and identity as well as their tax and administrative references by email or post in order to conclude the transaction.
Payment by credit card :
The SystemPay payment solution, used by Banque Populaire, was developed in partnership with Natixis – Groupe BPCE and the Up2Pay e-transaction payment solution, used by Credit Agricole, was developed by CA Payment Services, to meet the latest standards in terms of PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) payment security, responding in particular to Payment Services Directive No. 2 (DSP2) which came into force on September 14, 2019, requiring in particular strong authentication using the 3D Secure device v2 generalized on most e-commerce sites which carry out online collections (internet or mobile application) by bank card.
This solution uses secure and encrypted connections (https) between the merchant's store and personalized pages like the merchant site on the banking establishment's website. All operations linked to the banking transaction (entry of card data by the buyer, consistency check, passage of the anti-fraud filter and request for authorization from the GIE Cartes Bancaires or from the issuer for store cards ) are carried out on the banking establishment's website (no information on the payment method is recorded on the merchant's website) then the buyer is redirected to the e-commerce site with the payment result.
For payment by bank card, only bank cards bearing the symbol CB, e-Carte Bleue, Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard or Maestro issued in France or within the framework of international networks approved by the GIE Cartes Bancaires are accepted.
In the event of payment by credit card, your account is debited for the amount of the products and services, the shipping costs of your order and other additional costs and contributions if applicable, as soon as you proceed with the transaction during secure payment.
Our site is subject to a professional security system “3D Secure” provided by our bank and identified by the Mastercard ID Check (formerly Mastercard SecureCode) or Visa Secure (formerly Verified by Visa) logos.
Electronic wallets such as ApplePay, GooglePay, SamsungPay, PayLib, PixPay (Paypal), FastPay (Facebook), etc. and store cards such as American Express, Aurore/Cetelem, Cofinoga, Diners Club, Discover, Finaref/Sofinco, Union Pay, etc… are not accepted.
Tips for paying securely on the Internet:
- If you need to enter your personal or financial information online, make sure you are on a secure site. The surest way to recognize a secure site is by the address of the pages: if you look in the address bar of your browser. All secure addresses start with https:... (s for secure). The pages where you make the payment must have an address of this type.
- Check your card and bank account statements to check for any unknown transactions.
Payment by bank check:
Only crossed checks drawn on a bank established on French territory and established in a standardized format are accepted, the references mentioned when finalizing the order must accompany the means of payment, at the risk of not being able to process your order, it must reach us within seven (7) working days following your order placed on our site, otherwise, the order will be canceled without notice. For this method of payment, payment upon order is required by DP2C Distribution SAS / DistriModel, delivery of the order taking place upon validation by our bank of your payment and according to the average processing time for each of the items making up the order. order.
The check must be sent to us by post to the address mentioned at the end of the order process.
Payment by transfer or international transfer:
The references mentioned when finalizing the order must be specified in the comments of the bank transaction, at the risk of not being able to process your order, it must reach us within seven (7) working days following your order placed on our site, otherwise, the order will be canceled without notice. For this payment method, payment for the order is required by DP2C Distribution SAS / DistriModel, delivery of the order taking place upon validation by our bank of your payment and according to the average processing time of each of the items making up the order. All costs inherent to this method of payment must be borne by the buyer.
The transfer must be credited to the bank account whose IBAN/BICS(SWIFT) references are mentioned at the end of the order process.

Generally speaking, purchases are payable upon ordering with the exception of professionals for whom the payment due date is eight (8) days from the invoice date. In the latter case, any late payment automatically and without formal notice results in a late payment penalty equal to the legal rate of the ECB increased by 10 percentage points in accordance with article 1907 et seq. of the Civil Code and the article L441-6 of the Commercial Code. This penalty will be calculated from the due date of the invoice; each month started will be due in full. In addition to the penalties, a fixed compensation is due for recovery costs set at €40 in accordance with Art 441-6 of the Commercial Code, this compensation does not prejudge other recovery costs incurred by DP2C Distribution SAS / DistriModel. In all cases, the buyer will bear all costs incurred by the seller in recovering the sums due.
