Shipping
We regularly ship the envelopes containing the orders by the different modes of transport offered and chosen by the buyer.
An average time of 5 working days is necessary to process your orders. The average shipping time is calculated from the day after receipt of full payment for the order. The estimated delivery date is indicated on your order confirmation in accordance with Law Chatel n° 2005-67 of January 28, 2005. The times indicated are average times corresponding to the processing and delivery times for the products destined for the Metropolitan France. They do not constitute strict deadlines. DP2C Distribution SAS / Distrimodel cannot be held liable in the event of late delivery or out of stock.

In all cases the goods travel at the customer's risk. Some shipping methods come with insurance; it is the customer's responsibility to choose the appropriate solution when confirming the order.
Most shipping methods include a tracking number that allows you to track the shipment with the chosen carrier. In this case, the information is provided by email to the customer when the shipment has been made.
Returns
DP2C Distribution SAS / Distrimodel accepts returns of goods according to the rules of the law for confidence in the digital economy (LCEN) n° 2004-575 of June 21, 2004. This right of withdrawal is only applicable to individuals with the exception of one-person businesses, craftsmen, liberal professions and in general any legal entity or natural person in the context of their professional activity.
Right to retract :
Reimbursement will be made under certain conditions:
- The item must be returned to us within fourteen (14) days following its date of receipt (the postal administration stamps are taken as proof).
- The item must be in its original packaging and in perfect condition.
- The item must be accompanied by its invoice.
- Audio and video recordings (CDs and DVDs) and computer software whose packaging is opened by the buyer, including software associated with computer hardware (excluding pilots and drivers), newspapers, magazines, manufactured goods or personalized for the customer, lotteries and perishable products, services whose execution would have been started before the end of the withdrawal period following the buyer's agreement are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
- In accordance with article L.121-20-1 of the Consumer Code, reimbursement will be made as soon as possible and at the latest within thirty (30) days following the date of withdrawal.
- We refund the amount of the order (shipping costs included) with the exception of return costs which remain the responsibility of the buyer. DP2C Distribution / Distrimodel cannot impose a return shipping method, but it is the responsibility of the buyer to be able to provide proof that the goods have been returned and received by DP2C Distribution / Distrimodel. Only goods received by DP2C Distribution / Distrimodel will be eligible for a refund.
